Luna Sea Enchantments Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece from your Luna Sea Enchantments collection! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it magical.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The item has a defect upon receipt and is unworn
- There is an obvious manufacturing issue with the garment
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue and your order details.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of receipt! Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Shipping for Exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the original item back
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on the new item requested
- We will ship your exchange item once we receive your return
In-Person Exchanges:
- Visit us at any of our events for hassle-free, in-person exchanges!
Important Notes
- Booty Shorts are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned
- All exchange and return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
